Our wellbeing retreats are a 6-hour investment in yourself to experience a different way of moving, eating and thinking!
We run three to five public retreats a year and regularly co-ordinate bespoke team away days and private group booking (minimum 10 people) click here to enquire about group bookings.
Each retreat includes a combination of our three favourite things;

- Natural movement with an outdoor Nature-fit class and restorative yoga sessions.
- Natural connection by encouraging a digital detox you’ll find yourself being more present to truly make the most of the day and connect with like-minded people!

8th Sept – Longevity Retreat
Prevent & reverse lifestyle diseases and learn how to sustainably burn body fat and enhance your mental health WITHOUT taking time away from your business or family.
9.00am – 10.30am – Wellbeing age assessments + reports (individual 10-minute appointments, booked prior to the retreat)
10.15am – Registration & welcome drinks.
10.30am – Recalibrate wellbeing workshop with head coach Pip Lawrence. Prevent & reverse lifestyle diseases whilst sustainably burning fat and unlocking vibrant mental health.
11.45am – Nature-Fit outdoor exercise for all body shapes and abilities. Experience fitness that feels like playtime at our unique outdoor Nature’s Gym facility.
1pm – Wholefoods superfood lunch at Kingdom Cafe.
1.45pm – Woodland walk. Help your food to digest by exploring some of the 13-acres of woodlands and benefit from an introduction to mindfulness.
2.15pm – Nutrients vs Calories Lightbulb talk from head coach Pip Lawrence – How to eat for vitality & sustainable fat loss.
3pm – Mobility, flexibility & lower back management session.
4pm – Home-time. Individual wellbeing age assessments continue.
