This retreat is best for beginners to running or runners who want to learn how to run more efficiently, reduce the risk of injury and get back to enjoying running.
9.45-10.00am – Registration & welcome drink.
10.15am – Nature-Fit strength & conditioning for all ages and abilities.
11.30am – Beginners Yoga.
12.30noon – Wholefoods lunch and nutrition workshop.
1.45pm – Woodlands walk.
2.15pm – 0-10km Runners theory.
3.00pm – 0-10km Runners practical.
3.45pm – Wrap up.

17th March – Mid-life Women’s Health
This retreat is best for peri-menopause and menopausal women who want to know the secrets to being fitter, healthier and happier 10 years from now.
