What is Nature-Fit? 50-minute outdoor exercise class with an optional 10-minute relaxation finish. No two classes are the same, however, all classes include: functional bodyweight training, woodland cardio and core strengthening exercises.

Am I fit enough? We run a variety of classes for beginners, intermediate, new mums, improver runners etc. Scroll down to view our current timetable and feel free to contact us or pop by if you have any questions – we’re much better face to face than facebook!

How much are classes? Classes start from £8 per class, with pay-as-you-go options available. All block bookings are valid for 3-months.

How do I book: Visit our members portal here where you’ll complete a short questionnaire, select your closest venue and book your class. Booking is required for every class and we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Weekly Classes: Beginning in late May.
8am-9am = Beginners Sweat – suitable for all fitness abilities.
9.15am-10.15am = Beginners Sweat – suitable for all fitness abilities.
7-8pm = Runners Sweat – build core strength and functional fitness to improve your running!
7-8pm = Beginners Sweat – increase your fitness levels, burn fat & work at your pace!
