THE CLASSES

Where? We currently run public classes in Maidstone, Yalding and Nettlestead.

What? Bootcamp classes are 60 minutes long consisting of body weight strength exercises, mixed ability cardio vascular fitness, mobility work and relaxation.

Are you fit enough? If you can walk for 3 minutes non-stop you’ll be able to progress in our classes. For us, all abilities, means ALL abilities, don’t let your insecurities stop you from making the progress you deserve, we promise you’ll be met by a friendly bunch!

I feel fitter and much more in control. I have more self-belief that I can maintain a good level of health and fitness and don’t need to resign myself to getting old just yet! I surprised myself when I woke up one morning and decided I was going to do a 5km race. I have NEVER run and always believed that it just wasn’t for me.
