What is the Recalibrate Wellbeing programme?  It’s a 12-step programme for individuals wanting to transform themselves from overweight and overwhelmed to overflowing with body-confidence and vibrant mental health. 

Group are limited to 8-12 people depending on the venue and meet once a week for 2 hours over a 3/4 month period. The first hour is outdoor exercise suitable for all abilities and the second hour is a nutrition, mindset or lifestyle talk designed to empower SUSTAINABLE behaviour change. After each session, you’ll receive a video replay of the talk and be set a self-awareness task to support your progress every week.



Am I fit enough, old enough, young enough, healthy enough, human enough? Your age, fitness ability and current health really doesn’t matter to us so don’t let it hold you back! Our group programmes attract multi-generations with varying goals and abilities and we want to keep it that way! Discounts are given to over 60’s who are brave enough to break the mould!

How much does it cost? The full programme is £375 for all 12 sessions which equates to just £32 per week – the real question is can you afford not to do it?
